Let the Mind Settle
Sometimes we all shall give ourselves space, to let the mind settle,
such as after a book, a story, a painting, or a long journey
The intensity of an activity can make the mind weary, which is not conducive for producing work,
like water stirred by a dragonfly’s wings, the mind can have ripples too
When such moments arrive, one should go for a walk, like Thoreau in Walden, walking into the thick of the season, and of the woods,
to experience, to let the mind settle.
